About

I'm Salvatore, Owner/Operator of Calogero's, I have been in the kitchen cooking and baking since as long as I could remember. I've worked in many high level restaurants through my 20+ year culinary journey which ultimately lead to the creation of Calogero's were we pride ourselves in old world bread, pizza, panettone and cooking techniques. I am here now to share all the tips and tricks I've learned over the years with you!
