Moist and light with essences of vanilla paired with a delicate chocolate interior. We use chocolates from around the globe, from remote places such as West Africa, Ecuador, Brazil, Ivory Coast.
Ingredients: lievito madre (natural yeast), sugar, vanilla bean, premium European butter, egg yolks, water, flour, high couverture quality dark, milk and ruby chocolate. The topping is made of sugar, almond, egg white, flour, and pearl sugar.
Using ancient techniques, this bread is naturally leavened and carefully crafted by hand with 100% Italian flour, water, cane sugar, egg yolk, local artisan honey, sea salt, local butter, Madagascar vanilla bean, citrus essence, candied orange peel, and raisins.
